While all instruction is delivered to a high professional standard, Papplewick Driving School does not guarantee that any pupil will pass a driving test. Success is dependent on the individual’s ability, commitment, and performance under test conditions.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Papplewick Driving School accepts no liability for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury sustained during lessons or courses, except where caused by proven negligence

• Test cancellations or changes made by the DVSA

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

All students undertake training at their own risk.

4. Use of Own Vehicle

Where a pupil uses their own vehicle for training:

• The vehicle must be roadworthy, taxed, insured, and compliant with UK law

• Papplewick Driving School accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or legal issues arising from the use of the pupil’s vehicle

5. Conduct and Safety

Instruction will be terminated immediately if a pupil:

• Drives dangerously or recklessly

• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Fails to follow instructor guidance

No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Payments and Cancellations

• Full payment may be required in advance of lessons or courses

• A minimum of 10 days’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of intensive or specialist courses

• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of fees
